How can I buy my Billowy’s?

 

In order to complete a purchase, you have to fill in all the order form fields, enter your credit card details and accept our privacy policy and terms of use.

 

How to buy online?

 

Buying at Billowy is straightforward. You need only choose model and size and then add to the shopping basket. After choosing all the models you wish to buy (not more than 5), click on buy and fill in the order form. After entering all your postal and bank details and accepting our shopping policy, click on dispatch order so that our warehouse may receive the order. You will automatically receive an e-mail with the details of your purchase.

 

Your order will remain ‘live’ in My Orders, which you may access entering your username and password to cancel the order prior to being dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, the system will no longer allow you to cancel it and you will have to wait to receive it and then follow our returns policy.

 

Orders are dispatched at 3 pm daily.

 

How can I pay for my purchase?

 

At Billowy’s online shop, payment may only be made by credit or debit card. At www.billowyshop.com we guarantee your data security through the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. The secure server establishes a connection for the information to be transmitted by 128-bit encryption, which ensures that the data will be intelligible only to the client’s and the Website’s computer.

 

Can I order models not displayed at the website?

 

No, only shoes displayed at the website may be purchased.

 

What sizes are displayed at the website?

 

All sizes stocked at the time of your purchase are displayed.

 

What is the shipping cost?

 

The shipping cost varies depending on the place of delivery. However, this price will be detailed on the final invoice before you accept and send the order.

 

How are deliveries made?

 

Delivery is by courier to the address specified on the order form. We would appreciate your giving an address where you may be found during business hours.

 

What is the delivery lead time?

 

The delivery lead time depends on the company. However, we work with the best courier companies and their lead times range between 24 and 48 hours after the order leaves our warehouses to destinations on the Peninsula. The lead time for delivery to any other destination ranges between 3 and not more than 7 days.

 

What return period do I have?

 

The return period is 20 working days after the order is placed.

 

What do I have to do to return?

 

If upon receiving the product you decide to return it:

 

  1. You will have to include in the return package a photocopy of the bill specifying which products you are returning and complete the return form enclosed with each shoebox specifying the reason for the return.
  2. You must call the same courier company we used to deliver your order so that it may arrange for the pickup and hand it the package, carriage due. If you return the product using a different company, you will have to send it carriage paid. 
  3. Upon receiving the returned product, our returns department will check that it is in perfect condition in order to proceed to refund the money within 48 hours.
  4. If the return is attributable to us, we shall proceed to refund the cost of the product and the delivery expenses, if delivery was not free. If the return is attributable to the client, all delivery expenses shall be deducted from the cost of the product, whether or not delivery was free, along with the resulting return expenses.
  5. The money will be refunded within 48 hours after we receive the returned product. The refund application shall depend on the card and the issuer.

 

How can I cancel my order if I do not ultimately wish to receive it?

 

An order may only be cancelled if it has not left our warehouses. To cancel an order, you should access My Orders entering your username and password. If the order has not yet been dispatched, the system will allow you to cancel it, but if the order has already been dispatched, the system will not allow you to cancel and you will have to proceed to return the same upon receipt. Please bear in mind that our dispatches are made 3 pm daily.

 

Can the order size or model be changed?

 

No, no change can be made once you have accepted the order and you will therefore have to wait until you receive it and proceed to return the same.

 

Can I change my details if I have already registered previously, keeping my username and password?

 

Yes. If you previously registered and any of your postal details changes, you need not re-register with another username and password and lose your client seniority. To do so, you may access the section My account, enter your username and password and correct such details as you may consider necessary.
